Meg Boland

ARTISTIC DIRECTOR

Meg Boland began dancing at the age of 8 in Milton, Ontario. She quickly found a passion for dance, and began training in various dance styles including jazz, tap, ballet, acro-jazz, modern, lyrical, and many others. Over the years she has competed internationally and won numerous awards and scholarships. She has completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and Psychology at York University, as well as obtaining her Associates certification in Acro with the B.A.T.D. Meg has trained with such instructors as Leon Blackwood, Siona Jackson, Scott Fordham, Miles Faber, Shawn Bracke, and many others. Meg began teaching at 16, and within a few short years her students were winning awards and praise at competitions all over North America. Having taught students from 2 years old and up, Meg enjoys working with dancers of all ages. Meg really enjoys the special rewards of working with her youngest dancers, as sharing dance with someone for the first time in their life is an incredible gift she feels lucky to partake in.

Lindsay Ritter

FOUNDER

Lindsay Ritter is a talented teacher, choreographer and Artistic Director with more than 15 years experience working with dancers of all ages. Lindsay attended The Randolph Performance Academy in Toronto where she trained in dance, drama and vocal. Some of Lindsay’s performance credits include: Fame-The Musical, Legends Tribute Show, MuchMusic, City TV, The Comedy Network, Paramount Canada’s Wonderland, and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. Lindsay currently runs and directs an independent dance company: LR Productions, which provides professional dancers and packaged dance productions for corporate events, shows and entertainment. Lindsay’s rapport with her students is reflected in her confidence and professional relationships she has built over the years. With the combination of training and work experience, Lindsay has been able to transform her love for dance into a successful and rewarding career.

Victoria Ellingham

Victoria Ellingham has had the privilege of experiencing her dance and performing arts education both here in Canada and the UK. After graduating George Brown College's dance program, Victoria trained for another three years at the college of Cambridge Performing Arts (BodyWork Company Dance Studio) earning her National Diploma in Dance from Trinity Arts College in London, UK and eventually her BA Hons in Fashion Communication from Middlesex University also in London, UK. Victoria has both worked in the fashion and dance industries, often intermixing the two art forms. Her work as a model and dancer have appeared on runways, Vogue Italia and an advert for PSB Speakers new headphones just to name a few. Outside of Dancing Tots, Victoria also teaches classes for older students in ballet, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, Broadway and pointe. When she is not teaching you can find her performing jazz, can can and ballet in prestigious Toronto companies or managing her own talent agency, specializing in finding work for models, actors and performers.
